The 230,000 SF Triangle Shopping Center,
located on Route 118 in Yorktown
Heights, NY has space available for
immediate occupancy.
Individual
units on the north side of the center of
2231 and 3082 SF can be combined for a
total of 5313 SF. There is also a lease
out for a portion of the 2823 SF space
next to Okinawa Restaurant. All of
these spaces are between My Gym and the

A new 42,000 SF retail center is being
developed on the west bound side of
Route 10 in Livingston, New Jersey. The
site, which is now used for light
industrial and warehouse space is well
into the approval process. A spring
2009 construction start is projected.
Current plans for the center are for a
30,000 SF anchor store with 12,000 SF of
smaller shop space.

2008 - A Look Ahead |
|

In spite of the turmoil in the housing and
credit markets, leasing activity in January
has been strong, with interest from both
national and local tenants. With
persistence and luck, hopefully we'll be
able to keep the momentum going!
Recent openings for deals completed in
2007 include Gamestop at The Village at
Livingston, Hale & Hearty Soup at Circle
Plaza, and H&R Block in White Plains and
Nyack, New York.
