David S. Perlmutter is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island where he earned his B.A. in economics and comparative literature. Mr. Perlmutter is married, with four children, and lives in Chappaqua, New York. Mr. Perlmutter is Regional Commissioner Emeritus of Chappaqua AYSO in addition to coaching, is vice-chairman of Franklin Furnace Archives Inc. and is an active alum of The Pingry School and Brown University. He also serves on the board of the Horace Greeley Scholarship Fund and Westchester County UJA Business and Professionals Division.
In conjunction with Kenneth Narva and Matthew Kroin of StreetWorks/ PEG/Park LLC, a leading architectural firm, and Howard Menaker, Mr. Perlmutter formed DKH Inc. to develop and rehabilitate shopping centers. Since 1990, DKH has completed over 1,200,000 square feet of retail space. Projects include Ridgeway Shopping Center, Stamford, Connecticut; Ferry Plaza, Newark, New Jersey; The Village at Livingston, New Jersey; New Roc City, New Rochelle, New York; and Watchung Commons, Watchung, New Jersey and Palisades Court, Englewood, New Jersey. More recently, Perlmutter Properties joined in an association with G.E. Grace & Company, Inc. and Seeman Real Estate to form Resolution Realty Network, Inc. to assist companies to reposition and optimize the value of their distressed real estate assets.
