Must have a truck height dock. For an investor, a 5-10 million dollar retail property in Westchester, Putnam, or Dutchess County For a leading tax preparer: 1000-1500 SF in Westchester County and Rockland County For a national retail investment advisor, 700 to 1000 SF in the Eastchester Road and Astor Avenue section of the Bronx For an indoor soccer facility: 15,000 to 20,000 SF in northern Westchester County For a premium wine and liquor store: 5000 SF in Westchester and Fairfield Counties. Will also purchase existing locations. For a retail developer: Industrial sites with retail conversion potential within a 60 mile radius of New York City, with a minimum of 4 acres of land. For a residential developer: Minimum of 5 acre sites that are as of right developable.
