Four retail spaces are available at Port Plaza, located at 100 Pike Street in downtown Port Jervis, NY.  They are a 46,000 SF former supermarket anchor, a 5000 SF Chinese buffet, 1200 (both in-line stores) and the 2000* SF endcap, with drive thru window.  A major renovation is planned for the center, including new facades, improved access and signage, with a possible expansion, as well.

Current national tenants include Rite Aid, Dollar General, Burger King and Play N Trade.  Local tenants are Brother Bruno Pizza and #1 Nails Plus.
