Okinawa Restauant has signed a lease for 4,500 square feet at the Triangle Shopping Center in Yorktown Heights, New York.  It will serve Hibachi style cuisine as well as sushi.  The chain also operates two restaurants in Mount Kisco, one as Okinawa, the other is Temptation Tea House,  and Asian Temptation at City Center in White Plains.

Renee Stengel of Houlihan Lawrence in Katonah represented the Tenant, and David Perlmutter of Perlmutter Properties Inc. represented the Landlord, EK Triangle LLC.   Adam Brodsky of EK Triangle said "We're delighted to have a restaurant of Okinawa's calibre on the north side of Triangle Shopping Center.  It will energize that portion of the center throughout the day and into the evening.  Furthermore, it cements Triangle as Yorktown Heights' leading restaurant destination."

David Perlmutter commented that "There has been significant interest already in the 8100 square feet adjoining Okinawa, and I am confident that we'll be announcing tenants for that space before the end of Spring."

Additionally, there is 20,000 square feet suitable for either office or retail which is accessible from, the north, south and east sides of the center.  For additional information contact David Perlmutter at 914-686-8900 or david@perlmutterproperties.com.
