Okinawa
Restauant has signed a lease for 4,500 square feet at the Triangle Shopping Center in
Yorktown Heights, New York. It will serve Hibachi style cuisine as well as
sushi. The chain also operates two restaurants in Mount Kisco, one as
Okinawa, the other is Temptation Tea House, and Asian Temptation at City Center
in White Plains.Renee
Stengel of Houlihan Lawrence in Katonah represented the Tenant, and David Perlmutter of
Perlmutter Properties Inc. represented the Landlord, EK Triangle LLC. Adam
Brodsky of EK Triangle said "We're delighted to have a restaurant of Okinawa's
calibre on the north side of Triangle Shopping Center. It will energize
that portion of the center throughout the day and into the evening. Furthermore, it
cements Triangle as Yorktown Heights' leading restaurant destination."

Perlmutter commented that "There has been significant interest already in the 8100
square feet adjoining Okinawa, and I am confident that we'll be announcing tenants for
that space before the end of Spring."
Additionally,
there is 20,000 square feet suitable for either office or retail which is accessible from,
