Grace & Company, Inc. to form Resolution Realty Network, Inc. to assist companies in repositioning and optimizing the value of their distressed real estate assets. Through this joint undertaking, we represented Citibank, N.A. in the repositioning of a neighborhood shopping center in Staten Island, New York. When completed, the property was 100% leased and sold.
